Apéros and banquets

Chef Roberto and his staff prepare delicious lunches, tasty apéros and banquets. The Restaurant Alpe Foppa offers typical Ticino cuisine, cooked with local and regional products, such as the Alpe Foppa cheese produced directly on site. Our facilities allow us to accommodate between 10 and 250 people for apéros and banquets.

Chef Roberto D’Angelo

Born and raised in the Bergamo area, Roberto graduated from the Istituto Alberghiero Statale in San Pellegrino Terme. After various working experiences as a chef and then as Executive Chef in various places in Italy and abroad, in 2018 Roberto became Executive Chef of the Restaurant Alpe Foppa. Over the years he has specialised in Mediterranean cuisine and spoon desserts. Anyone who has tried one of his delicious dishes at the Restaurant Alpe Foppa confirms that he is also a specialist in traditional Ticino cuisine. Open to new challenges and with an open ear to the needs of his customers, Chef Roberto is able to fulfil your every culinary wish.
