Activities

Monte Tamaro is the ideal destination for those who want to spend a teambuilding day in the midst of nature and with a touch of adrenaline. Starting from Rivera by cable car, get off at the first stop where you will find the Adventure Park, a trail with exciting fixed and moving obstacles, suspended in a wonderful forest of one-hundred-year old beeches. If you continue to the arrival station at Alpe Foppa, the Coaster bob and the Zip line await you for an adrenaline-filled day.

Excursions

Alpe Foppa is the starting point for many walks, including the Monte Tamaro – Monte Lema mountain trail. A hike offering spectacular views of the Lugano, Locarno, valleys and lakes, as well as the Swiss Pre-Alps. This is a walk of about 5 hours (without breaks), totally immersed in nature. Ideal for spending a teambuilding day outdoors with your team and finding new inspiration.

Alpe Foppa offers not only hiking and adrenaline, but also art and culture. A guided tour to learn more about the Church Santa Maria degli Angeli designed by the world-famous architect Mario Botta and which houses paintings by Enzo Cucchi is a must for the cultural programme. Afterwards you can stretch your legs on the Artistic Walk, a pleasant 20-minute stroll suitable for everyone.
