This is the heart of “Una Montagna d’Arte” (A Mountain of Art), a project born from the vision of Monte Tamaro SA and the Egidio and Mariangela Cattaneo Foundation. The idea is innovative: bringing culture out of traditional galleries and into a dialogue with nature. Strolling along our trails, you can experience art in a spontaneous and direct way, free from any formality, in perfect harmony between human creativity and the alpine landscape. Over the years, this natural amphitheater has hosted unforgettable biennial exhibitions:

Ivo Soldini (2018 – 2019)

No fewer than 19 monumental sculptures dedicated to the human figure populated our mountain. A moving encounter that allowed all visitors to literally walk through contemporary art, experiencing it firsthand in total freedom.

The Universe of Riccardo Cordero (2021 – 2022)

Imposing iron and steel sculptures reshaped our horizon. Geometric lines and circles intertwined with the peaks and slopes, in a fascinating and unexpected dialogue between the artist’s reason and the wild nature of Monte Tamaro.
