Cubo sospeso
How does it feel to see three tons of marble that seem to float in the air?
Discover it at Alpe Foppa, where the “Cubo Sospeso” (Suspended Cube) awaits you - an astounding work that will leave you in awe. Supported by thin steel cables, this imposing monolith frees itself from its own weight, defying physics in a play of balance.
It is a unique piece born from the genius of Jaya Schürch, a sculptor originally from California but trained in Switzerland. A cosmopolitan and tireless traveller, the artist explores the invisible mystery of gravity in this sculpture. Come admire it up close: the illusion of stone flying among our peaks will captivate you!
